AYRE is a members-only club and private event space, right here on the rooftop of The Copper. As of Wednesday, April 20th we are accepting applications for residents and a waitlist is available for non-residents to register for an opportunity to secure a very limited number of spots. Residents should have received an email with the application link. If you did not receive the application please email info@ayrenyc.com. Non-residents can apply for a waitlist spot via the same link as residents provided below.

- Residents’ membership prices: $2,600 per person
- Couples Membership: $4,300

- Sunday–Wednesday | 9:00am – 7:00pm
- Thursday–Saturday | 9:00am – 8:00pm
* Empire Side will remain open until 10:00pm from Thursday to Saturday for AYRE members only.
FAQs
How do I book a rooftop session?
Members are required to check-in with the receptionist.
No reservations are required for members to access the facility.
What COVID-19 precautions have been put in place?
Member and guest safety is our top priority. Our staff disinfects high-touch areas to provide a safe space for everyone to enjoy.
Do I have to wear a mask on the rooftop?
No, members and their guests are not required to wear a mask on the rooftop.
We recommend that members and guests still bring a mask in crowded areas.
Can non-members purchase a day pass for the rooftop?
At this time, we are only offering season memberships to AYRE. Members will be allowed to bring a limited number of guests.
Am I allowed to bring a guest?
Members will be allowed to bring up to (2) guests at a charge of $25- Per person Monday-Thursday and $50- per person Friday-Sundays.
Can I reserve a cabana or lounge chair ahead of time?
Cabanas and lounge chairs are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Can I use the outdoor grills?
To utilize an outdoor grill, access your reservation through BuildingLink with your desired date and time. Once your request is approved, and waiver is signed, you are all set! Outdoor grills will only be available to AYRE members.
Can I bring my children to the pool?
Children are permitted at the Sentry with appropriate adult supervision from 9 am – 2 pm Monday- Sunday.
During these hours, each member will be allowed to bring up to 2 children (0-6 years old).
We do not offer any children guest passes.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
The AYRE Rooftop will be BYOB.
Glass bottles will not be permitted on the rooftop.
Small coolers will be allowed at managers’ discretion.
Is there towel service?
Full-sized towels are available upon request.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Memberships are non-transferable.
Can I host a private event on the rooftop?
Approval for private events hosted on the rooftop is at the manager’s discretion; please email our team at copperbuilding@eliteamenity.com with your request.
Are memberships available to non-residents of The Copper buildings?
A very limited number of non-resident spots will be available to purchase on an undisclosed date in May 2022. Non-residents are encouraged to join the waitlist if interested in securing a limited opportunity to become a member of AYRE Members Club and Rooftop Lounge for the 2022 season. Non-resident membership pricing will be provided with additional details should you be selected from the waitlist. You can join the waitlist here.
